In March of 2000 we started renovating a property for a client working in the city of London, he had purchased the house shortly beforehand which had not been touched for many years, it required substantial updating and renovation.

We gutted 70% of the house back to the brickwork, we replaced all the timber sub floors to the ground floor, stripped all the internal oak framing which had been painted black, re wired, re plumbed, re plastered we installed all new bathrooms and oak flooring throughout. Externally we pointed and reset the chimney and all damaged sections of the brickwork. The project took nine months.
