A beautiful Edwardian House based in Caldy on the Wirral, overlooking the Dee Estuary. Working alongside Hortons Interior Design and Deluxe Architecture in 2016 we extended the property to the rear and side. The addition was a mixture of contemporary and traditional styles. We used traditional materials to match the existing property, reclaimed welsh slate, hand made bricks and sandstone quoins in part which then blended seamlessly into a more contemporary design of EDPM roofing, aluminium bi fold doors and clad with Siberian Larch.

We also revisited in 2017 to complete the external works and landscaping, we could not be more pleased with the end result, the clients were fantastic throughout the project, they understood and appreciated the challenges we faced and kept faith with their vision throughout.
