Standish, Lancashire

In the autumn of 2007 we demolished the existing dwelling on this 3 acre site in Standish, Lancashire to make way for a new build property again designed by “Owen Ellis Architects” and the client, in total the property covered 6000 sqft, an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, under floor heating ground and first floor.

The grounds covered 3 acres in which we constructed a tiered Japanese Garden and half acre lake moving over one thousand tones of earth in the process.
